An intimate photo showing the moment a couple embrace for the first time after a horrific car crash has melted hearts of thousands of well-wishers online.
Arika Stovall and Hunter Hanks, both 21, from Nashville, Tennessee, survived a crash after Hunter's truck veered off the road and slammed into a bridge on New Years Day.

The touching picture of the two taken by a friend and posted to Facebook has now been shared over 77,000 times on Facebook.
Arika said in her Facebook post

"I'm overwhelmed at how little damage was done to Hunter and I in a wreck that should have chopped our bodies in half,""When we were both lying in our beds in the ER he (Hanks) found a way to come protect my heart and give me a hug."

A close friend of the couple Savannah Gaines, who snapped the touching moment, told CNN :

"It was unbelievable when they saw each other.
"I know them so well, and they love each other so much. They were completely blessed to walk away from that."

Arika also says that in the dark moments after the life-changing crash she was visited by a "guardian angel" she described as a man bright with a big white beard.

"I jumped out of the car, ran over to Hunters side and just looked at this man,' she wrote.
"From that moment until Hunter was cut & lifted out of the truck I believe with my whole heart that looking at this man helped me to literally believe in that moment that Hunter was next to me on the road.
"I don't know if it was a hallucination or me unconsciously dreaming or a glimpse of heaven...but all I knew in that moment was that Hunter was safe with me.
"This man..looking at him for a short moment..helped me not witness Hunter being peeled out of the truck. I believe if I saw that I would have had a heart attack."

Luis Enrique's men have a busy seven days ahead which includes the second leg of the Copa del Rey Round of 16 tie against rivals Espanyol before hosting Athletic Club

Fresh off the back of their 4-0 win over Granada, FC Barcelona are preparing for a busy week ahead which includes two important matches.

On 13 January, Barca take on rivals RCD Espanyol in the second leg of the Copa del Rey Round of 16 tie (9.00pm CET), with Luis Enrique's side carrying a healthy 4-1 advantage from last week's encounter at Camp Nou.

Then on Sunday 17 January, at 8.30pm CET, Barça host Athletic Club for Week 20 of La Liga with another important three points at stake.

Here is the team's training schedule for the week ahead (all times in CET):

A 65-year-old man is being investigated by operatives of X-Squad of Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja for allegedly impersonating an army general and defrauding victims.
Imoh Bassey, allegedly impersonating one Major- General Morgan, was said to have met his waterloo after a victim, who had been on his trail after he defrauded him, raised the alarm at Fola Agoro area of Shomolu, Lagos.

It was learned that Bassey, from Akwa Ibom State, used a fake identity card that showed he worked in the Presidency as national security co-coordinator for southern zone.

Sunday Vanguard gathered that the suspect had been detained severally at different divisional police stations, including Force Criminal Investigation Department, Alagbon, was fond of using fake bank alert to con his victims.
Victim's account
One of the victims, Nwkpo kanayochukwu Ogbonna, narrated his story:
"I met this man for the first time when he came to my shop to buy something on the 12th of December, 2015. Later, he came back on the 16th. When he came, he said he had an accident and that he needed help. From five thousand, he said he needed N35, 000. Later, he said he needed N45, 000. That was after he had presented himself as a major general. He showed me an identity card. I believed him because I didn't expect an elder of his age to be lying. Meanwhile, I didn't have that money. I collected N40, 000 from my neighbour and gave to him. He said I will supply 130 bags of Christmas rice to Myhoung Barracks, Yaba. So he collected four bags to show them the type of rice I would be supplying, saying if they were okay with it, I will do the supplying on the 23rd of December. He took the four bags of rice that day, and promised to pay money into my account the next day to enable me supply the rice, after I explained to him that I didn't have enough money to do the supply because my shop was bugled about four days earlier.

"The next day, he said he went to the bank but couldn't pay the money into my account because my account was savings account, and that the money could only be paid into a current account. When he came back in the night, he said I had to buy drinks for some top officers in the barracks who he collected the contract from and gave me. He said he needed three bottles of America Honey to give them. He said each bottle of the drinks cost N7,800 but he collected N30, 000 from me to purchase the drinks.
I took him to my neighbour's shop who sells drinks; he said the brands in the shop were fake and that he knew where to get the original. That same day, he said the money he will transfer into my account for the supply would be N2.8million; that I must have eight percent of that amount (which is N224, 000) in my account. I told him I didn't have the money. He said he will provide the money the following day. And that he will help me open the account. And that once the money entered my account, I will withdraw it and give him back. The following day, he called me in the morning and said he was able to raise N170, 000 and that I should run around and get the balance of N54, 000. According to him, he had a transaction at Ikeja Cantonment, and that, after the transaction, he will be available for his own bank transaction. He asked me to come and meet him at First Bank branch , Alausa, Ikeja.
Luckily, I was able to borrow the N54, 000 balance which I took to him. He brought out an account opening form, filled it; brought out deposit slip, filled it. He wrote the above stated amount, collected the N54,000 from me and added to the one he had and put it inside a black lylon. He said I needed to do ID. "As fate would have it, on the 21st of December, I was sitting in my shop at Fola Agoro area of Sabo when a Mercedes Benz was carrying him and I saw him. I raised the alarm. People around asked them to park. They refused but because of traffic they couldn't escape; with the help of some soldiers coming from the bank, we took him to the barracks nearby and discovered that he is not a major-general. He was hiding the ID card from the soldiers when he saw them."
Suspect's statement
Bassey, the suspect, said he didn't have anything to say.
"Are we judging the case here? If we are not, then there is nothing to say", he said. "There is no point giving my own side of the story, because there is no judge here, there is no magistrate. I have been here for three weeks; all I know is that I owe this boy, referring to the victim. I loaned money from him, I wanted to use the money to put my car in order, because I had an accident. He is not my friend, he is my customer. That is all".

My view on how to treat women.
1.Don't compare your wife to other women. You don't know what their husbands are going through.

2. NEVER expose your wife's weakness to your family or friends or run to them whenever you have issues. Problems are best solved between you and your woman.

3. Don't think you are man so you can use intimidation, shout or violence to communicate your moods. Agreesive men don't make a happy home.

4. Speak gently and calmly to your wife. Never raise your voice at her, it demeans her and shows you think she is stupid.
5. Do your responsibilities as man...don't leave every to your woman.

6. Never blame your wife if she doesn't take care of the home everyday. She is swamped with house work and helping you raise the kids.

7. Don't be wasteful spending money on drinks, friends and extended family.The wife and children are your first responsibility.

8. Sex is also important to women. Her pleasure should be considered before your own.
9. Never compare your wife to your ex-girlfriends. If you loved them so much why didn't you marry them instead of your wife.

10. Never shout down your wife or challenge her in front of the children. The children are watching. They won't listen and obey her too.

11. Tell your wife she's beautiful even if you know she's looking normal. Women love compliment.

12. Don't forget that women also want attention and someone to share their thougts with. Never be too busy for your wife.

13. A prayerful man is a better equipped husband. Pray always for your wife and family. Don't leave the prayers to your wife.

14.Treat your wife like a queen. Buy her gifts, take her shopping and once in a while, cook for her.

15.Please don't forget your these anniversary dates. Wedding ,engagement,the first time you kissed. I beg you. These dates mean a lot to women. (Don't ask me why). I also don't know.

16. Your mother should not have the final say in your marriage. You married your wife, not you and your mother. Let her talk in her own husband's house.

17.There are 5 days each month that you have to say "I'm sorry", "yes baby" and "I love you" more than 7 times a day. That's when she's menstrating. #jmelo

In the following action however, the game was put to bed. Míriam's corner kick from the left was served on a plate for Ane Bergara, who calmly slotted home to secure the win for Xavi Llorens' side.

The Pentagon is quietly building up a small airstrip in a remote region of east Africa as part of its war against Islamic militants. More importantly, the airfield is a complex microcosm of how Washington runs military operations overseas — and how America's way of war will probably look for the foreseeable future.

Chabelley Airfield is less than 10 miles from the capital of the small African nation of Djibouti. The small airport is the hub for America's drone operations in the nearby hotspots of Somalia and Yemen.

But in spite of all of this, Chabelley isn't what it might otherwise seem – at least not officially. You see, the site is not technically an American base.

Nigeria Tops Most Stressful Countries in The World

You can find out where your countries ranks in 2015 rankings of the most and least stressful countries on Bloomberg (Best and Worst), which sheds some interesting light.

Bloomberg have attempted to determine the most stressful countries to live in around the world, taking into account seven different variables including: Annual Homicide Rate, GDP per Capita, Income Inequality, Corruption, Unemployment Rate, Urban Air Pollution and Life Expectancy.

Out of 74 countries surveyed, Nigeria was deemed to be the most stressful country to live in with a score of 70.1 on a scale of 0-100.

Nigeria’s female wrestling sensation, Odunayo Adekuoroye, has confirmed her readiness to compete at the Rio Olympics in August.

The Commonwealth gold medalist, who is back in Nigeria after competing at the Indian Professional Wrestling League, said winning Gold with her team, Revanta Garuda and emerging the best wrestler has placed her in a a good position as she looks forward to the Olympics.

" The experience was splendid because most of the world wrestlers I felt I was afraid of are the ones afraid of me now and I thank God. I had bouts with them and defeated them all. Now I have full confidence any time any day I meet them that I will conquer them.

Adekuoroye sealed her place in the Olympics after winning bronze at the World Championships in Las Vegas and she believes she is more than ready for the event in Rio.

“Now as for the Olympic Games Proper, I am very ready if Nigeria can send me to go and represent her, I am very ready and I believe God is on my side”.

The Ondo state born athlete says featuring at the Indian League excites her but admits nothing compares to representing her country at international tournaments.

" I signed a two year contract with an Indian Pro-wrestling club with the clause that I must come and represent my fatherland at anytime I am called upon to do so, especially this Olympic Games is more important to me than the club. That if they cannot allow me to come I will quit the club instantly and they agreed that after the Olympics that I should come back"

After witnessing the level of development wrestling has attained in Indian, Adekuoroye charged sports administrators to embark on developmental programmes that will drive followership, organize competitions and provide support for athletes.

"There are other good Nigerian wrestlers back home here. But the problem is dearth of competitions to keep the wrestlers in shape. If I didn't go for that World Championship and compete in India, I wouldn't have the experience I now have. I believe if other wrestlers had the opportunity as I had, they too would have done well and qualify for the Olympics too, but then there is another opportunity for them to qualify."

While hoping that more Nigerian Wrestlers will qualify for the Rio Olympics, the Nigeria Wrestling Federation has outlined several preparatory programmes for Odunayo Adekuoroye which includes a training camp in Canada.
