A collection of the most interesting stats and facts from the Catalans' comfortable home victory on Saturday at Camp Nou

  • Leo Messi scored his 33rd hat-trick in the 4-0 win, 25 of which have come in the legue. In total, the Argentine has scored 430 goals for Barça.

  • By scoring the fourth goal of the game, Neymar Jr joins teammate Luis Suarez at the top of the scoring charts with 15 goals in 18 league games.

  • Of Barça's 44 league goals this season, 39 of them have been scored the front three of Messi, Neymar Jr and Suárez.


  • Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal made their first league starts against Granada after appearing in the midweek cup match against Espanyol. Arda made an assist for Messi's first and was subbed off on 71 minutes for Adriano, while Dani Alves replaced Vidal on 65 minutes.

  • Thanks to their latest victory, Barça's unbeaten streak now stands at 20 matches.

  • Barça's third goal, scored by Messi, came via a strike from Neymar which hit the crossbar, the 17th time the team has hit the woodwork this season.

  • Sergi Roberto made the most passes on his return to the lineup (85) and also recovered the most balls (14).

  • Saturday's match was the first time Sergio Busquets did not start in the league this season.
